Main Street Atlantic City (MSAC) is the leading nonprofit organization guiding and managing the revitalization and development of Atlantic City's downtown core a
15-block area along Atlantic Avenue, between Michigan and Massachusetts Avenues. Guided by the national "Main Street Four Point", MSAC coordinates stakeholders to improve the quality of life for all, celebrate the city's rich cultural diversity, preserve historically significant architecture, and increase the value of the district's properties and businesses.
The vision of Main Street Atlantic City is a welcoming, vibrant and diverse downtown core that provides a range of commercial, residential, cultural and social options to the local community and that offers an attractive destination for shopping, dining and entertainment for residents, workers and visitors of Atlantic City.
